Cllr Tom Gracey represents Woodham & Row Town ward and is the Leader of Runnymede Borough Council.
He is a former army officer who saw active service in Iraq and now works in banking.
Tom says: "As a parent raising a young family in Woodham, I am completely invested the future of our community and our borough. I want to ensure that Woodham and Row Town remain fantastic places to live with good services, schools, local shops and a great community spirit.
"Since last elected I have had the privilege of also being elected to lead the Council. This enables me to shape the services and facilities for residents across the borough, delivering investment in our green spaces, playgrounds, and supporting community projects such as Holme Farm.
"At the same time I am making sure the Council delivers for local families, despite tough times. This means providing stable and continuous services, supporting residents most in need and placing Runnymede's finances on a secure footing. I am ensuring that we continues to set the lowest Council Tax in Surrey."
