Families will be £3,500 worse off this Parliament under Labour

Rachel Reeves has dangerously mismanaged our economy. And it’s working people who will pay the price.

Labour’s Jobs Tax will leave working families £3,536 worse off over the course of this Parliament. Working families will notice and won’t forget. As well as long-term pain we’re now at the start of what’s going to be a tough April for working families.

  • Labour’s economic mismanagement has put the cost of living up for families by £1,191 per year on average.
  • Despite promising to cut energy bills by £300, bills are now £111 a year higher.
  • Despite promising to freeze council tax, council tax will increase by £109 on an average Band D bill.
  • Water bills are set to increase by £123, and phone bills are set to increase by £46.
  • For working parents with small children, the Jobs Tax has forced nurseries to increase fees by an average of 10%.

The country cannot afford four more years of Labour’s economic mismanagement that’s putting such a tough burden on working families. And it’s vital that we keep the pressure up on Labour to change course.

So please help us do that by signing and sharing our petition against Labour’s Jobs Tax. Add your name to those urging Labour to change course by signing our petition against Labour’s Jobs Tax.
