South East Conference line-up

Dr Ben Spencer MP for Runnymede & Weybridge will be part of an outstanding line-up of senior speakers at the Conservatives' South East Regional Conference, taking place on Saturday 21 February 2026 at The Hickstead, Sussex.

This will be a major moment for supporters of the party - a chance to come together, take stock, and have a serious, confident conversation about how we renew, rebuild and win again at every level of our party.

In addition to Dr Ben Spencer, Shadow Minister for Science, Innovation and Technology, the following will also be speaking at the Conference:

  • Claire Coutinho MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Energy Security
  • Mims Davies MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Scotland
  • Katy Bourne, Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner
  • Clare Hambro, Chairman of the Conservative Candidates Committee

Guests also have the opportunity to meet representatives of Conservative Campaign Headquarters, the Conservative Women’s Organisation and the Conservative Rural Forum, alongside Ahmereen Reza OBE and John Belsey, Vice Presidents of the Conservative National Convention.

The afternoon conference will feature high-quality speeches and panel discussions focused on the future of our party - ideas, organisation, candidates and campaigning - with plenty of time to contribute, debate and network with fellow Conservatives from across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Sussex.

In the evening, we’ll come together for a Gala Dinner, including a three-course meal, tea and coffee, and a keynote address to round off the day.
